Audrey has over 25 years of HR, commercial and organisational management experience from working with Oil and Gas, Service, Marine, Aviation, Engineering, Subsea, Charitable and Retail organisations. She has set up and rebranded three companies.
Audrey has been an integral part of the Management Teams in various Senior HR Manager roles. This covered geographic locations; UK, Norway, Africa, Singapore and Australia. She has been instrumental in several management buyouts and financial restructuring exercises. Her key expertise includes organisational change, diversity, managing change, cultural realignment, leadership development, 1:1 coaching, mentoring, succession planning, training and development, psychometric techniques, competencies, recruitment, HR development and business process improvement.
Audrey has a comprehensive and strategic understanding of Human Resource Management, and more importantly its commercial significance within the business environment. Audrey holds an MBA in Human Resource Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD), has Advanced Accreditation in Profiling and Leadership Training and is a qualified Internal QMS Auditor.
In a career spanning over 35 years in Oil & Gas, Colin has deployed specialist Slickline, Electric Line, Well Test and Completion equipment in offshore locations around the world, managed operations in high growth completions company Petroleum Engineering Services, developed numerous technology companies (some through to acquisition) and became Vice President OPTIMA, A TETRA Company.
Specialising in Business Development with an extensive global network, Colin has supported companies growth plans by implementing Export, Internationalisation and Diversification strategies over the last 17 years and now shares these experiences with high growth SME’s supported by Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Development International and DIT.
He holds an MSc, post grad diploma and SVQ Level 5 in Management from Robert Gordon University . Colin is the co-inventor of several patents and has helped numerous companies develop their own Intellectual Property.
A “Distinguished Member” of The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) , he is also a member of The Chartered Management Institute , Energy Institute, Contractor Advisory Council member of Oil & Gas UK and chairs the NASA in Aberdeen “Inspiring the Next Generation” collaborative project.
Steve is a Chartered Procurement and Supply Professional with thirty years Procurement and Supply Chain Management experience working within operational, regulatory and academic environments, combined with a sound engineering knowledge base. Previous roles and assignments have included Oil & Gas, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Aviation, Subsea, Nuclear Decommissioning and the Public Sector. including the Ministry of Defence and local government procurement. Remits have included global and regional responsibilities for people, equipment and budgets including UK, Europe, Trinidad & Tobago, Singapore and Brazil.
Steve has a strong focus and experience of delivering value to clients, including cost efficiency and value creation initiatives, training & development programmes, auditing and assessment services, operational leadership and mentoring, plus the development of processes and systems to bring about tangible and recordable benefits.
Steve has an MSc in Supply Chain Management and is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT). In addition to holding senior operational roles within organisations, Steve has been the Aberdeen Branch Chair and board member of CIPS, a member of the Achilles/FPAL steering committee and Co-Chair of the Oil & Gas UK Supply Chain Forum.
Sarah has spent the last 18 years working in the field of Human Resources, with the majority of her career spent in the education environment. Prior to joining CORE, Sarah worked as a consultant in the Education and Oil & Gas sectors focusing on resourcing and training and development projects.
Before moving into consultancy, Sarah was Head of HR for a Private Education College, where she was responsible for a broad strategic and operational remit. Previous to that, Sarah held Project Manager and HR Business Partner roles at Robert Gordon University. During her career, she has been involved in a number of change management, restructuring and HR/IT projects.
Sarah holds a BA Honours Degree in Commerce, an MSc in Human Resource Management, is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). Her qualifications include Advanced Employment Law Practitioner and PRINCE 2 Project Management. She is a Behavioural Assessment Practitioner and qualified Executive Coach and Mentor. Sarah also has Advanced Accreditation in Profiling.
Grant PennetPrivacy Consultant
Grant has over 15 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas Industry specialising in subsea products. He started his career as an Apprentice Subsea Fitter with GE Oil & Gas and progressed in to the role of Manufacturing Supervisor working with Clients such as BP Skarv, BP Mad dog, Shell Bonga, Pierce & Fram, Centrica, ENI Ghana, ENI Mozambique, Inpex, Nexen- Telford, ONGC India, Statoil.
Grant is a qualified Train the Trainer - Practical and Classroom based Coaching Skills 2016 and Lean Practitioner and has managed projects to drive continuous improvement and stream line multiple processes with the aim of reducing time and cutting the COPQ.
He successfully completed various projects using the six sigma and lean manufacturing tools and in the process, he gained a Yellow Belt Qualification by focusing on reducing waste elimination to improve the quality and speed enhancement to make things operate more efficiently.
Grant Graduated in 2018 from The University of Groningen in General Data Protection Regulations and is now working with CORE as a Privacy Consultant providing our clients with employee training, data protection policies and guiding clients on the provisions of the GDPR and Data Protection.
Judith McDonaldLearning & Development Consultant
Judith is a Human Resources professional with over 25 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources and Business Operations. For the majority of her career she has been involved in the Oil and Gas sector, but she has also worked in Healthcare, Education, and Social Care. Whilst specialising in Learning and Development, she has worked at Operational and Strategic levels.
Judith has a BA in Catering and Accommodation Management. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). She is currently Vice Chair of CIPD North Scotland and Islands Branch and assumes the role of Chair in June 2018. She is a qualified Trainer and D32 Assessor and is currently working towards her coaching qualification.
